“Sean Bradrick teaches from the standpoint of the awakened Hindu Mind. May he continue to guide and inspire others in understanding Vedic wisdom. He is one of the few teachers born in the west who can do this.” ~ Vamadeva Shatriji (Dr. David Frawley)
Consultations, Classes & Workshops
To note: My classes are secular and/or non-religious unless I am teaching in a religious setting. My workshops are also secular for the most part. When teaching some modalities of Vedantic meditation, mantra, Tantra, and Ayurveda, it may be necessary to mention Vedic, Taoist, and Buddhist ties and reasoning. I do, however, keep in mind that I am likely not teaching people who adhere to these traditions; And I do respect the sentiments of people from all walks of life, including those of various other religions along with those who may be agnostic and atheistic.
Teaching these modalities and sharing my knowledge, strength, hope, and experience is part of my Dharma and not my primary source of income. All classes, consultations, and workshops are done on a donation basis. I do not refuse anyone in need or with a desire to learn if they cannot donate. I also reserve the right to decline teaching anyone who I have reason to believe may not be ready or may not have proper intentions.

Tantric Yoga: Addressing the Metaphysical Anatomy and health of the Chakras, Nadis, and Koshas (Auric Sheaths)~ (2 hours) This course is a practical introduction to traditional Tantric Yoga based on the teachings foudn in the Vigyan Bhairav and more modern teachings of Dr. Vasant Lad. We will explore various Tantric meditation techniques and use Pranayama and Mantra Therapy to increase, purify, ststrengthenegthen, and balance the subtle doshas of Ojas, Tejas, and Prana. It teaches one how to keep the fields of the subtle nervous system balanced. This is not about 'Tantric sex ', nor is it any sort of 'chakra cleansing', 'chakra balancing' , or 'energy work' done by myself. Sorry, but these sorts of therapies are not just silly but useless. It is a course designed to teach one to keep these systems healthy on one's own in perpetuity with practical and timeless methods.
Mantra 101~ (2 hours) The mantra is the vibrational form and invocation of the divine. The Devata is the personal and animated form of the mantra. The mantra AUM is the vibrational fabric of the universe. Mantras can also be secular tools to increase concentration, stillness, energy, and mental clarity. Practicing mantra is essential to psychological, spiritual, and physical well being. The Sanskrit word 'Mantra' is derived from 'man' which means "mind" and 'tra' which means "to protect". So practicing mantras can fortify and preserve one's mind, one's mental capabilities, and memory. This course will focus on the bija mantras of the Devas and Devis which bestow the practitioner with various psychological benefits. We will discuss what AUM is, how and why to recite it. We will also delve into longer mantras such as the Shanti Mantra which brings peace, the Mahamrityunjay mantra which brings health and long life, and the Gayatri Mantra which brings warmth and brilliance.
